Called for a quote and they supplied one over the phone is less than a few minutes. Was able to work with my budget and got my clutch replaced in no time. When I say no time I mean it. My appointment was today Monday the 9th so I dropped my car last night. Around 2 today they said it was ready for delivery. ISW literally nailed it! So fast so affordable and so dependable. Definitely will be using them for future work. Thanks again!

Jeff, Tyler, and the rest of the crew over at ISW deserve recognition for their professionalism, quality of work, and attention to detail. Nobody ever wants to hear that their dsg transmission is a total loss and needs to be replaced. Amazingly in only a few days ISW sourced the trans and had the install completed. They kept me up to date as the process moved along. I am grateful I put my trust in them and they delivered in every way a shop like this should! Thanks again ISW for your work ???
This place saved my Mk5 GTI. I did a Unitronic stage 2+ k04 upgrade which was done at a previous shop. That turned out to be a nightmare as it never ran right for months. I took the car to ISW and they kept it and diagnosed and replaced the LPFP, fixed the tune, and all vacuum leaks etc (the list is far too lengthy). Needless to say, I thought my GTI was doomed until this place. Thanks JEFF and all the guys who worked on it!
Jeff and the guys at Island Sport Works went way above and beyond what I would expect from a car repair facility. We had a particularly perplexing misfiring issue on my son’s VW GTI. Where other repair places would have thrown their hands up, and given up, the guys at Island Sport Works dug in, and figured out what the cause was, and fixed the issue. Their communication from the outset was phenomenal, and they kept me informed every step of the way. They are consummate professionals. After my experience with them, I would not think of taking my car to anyone else.
I had been debating about tuning my A4 for a while. Was recommended ISW by a friend. Gave them a call yesterday early afternoon, spoke with Jeff for a bit about getting an APR tune and after our discussion I decided to go with the Unitronic. He was able to fit me in that afternoon. Literally 2 hours after my intial call car had an oil change and stage 1 tune. This is my only experience with the shop but I found Jeff very knowledgeable and professional. I’ll be back.
