Don't bother taking your German car to the dealership, bring it here. I have a 2014 Audi Q7 TDI, I have 99,000 miles on it and love the car. I've had it to Audi in Monmouth County on three occasions for the diesel smell leaking into the cabin, really bad. All three times they told me there was nothing wrong with the car. I know my car and there was something wrong. Tyler at Island Sport Works found a ridiculous amount of diesel soot buildup in one of the intake valves and a hairline crack in one of the pipes near the turbo. A good cleaning and welding the crack has resulted in a much quicker car and NO MORE DIESEL SMELL!!!!! I'm really thrilled about this place, they kept me informed and continued to search and solve the problem Audi Service was either too inept or lazy to find. Thank You!!!

Absolutely not. In order to maintain your warranty, you must perform scheduled maintenance on your vehicle. However it is against the law for any dealership to deny warranty service due to the vehicle being serviced at an Independent Service Center.
You will receive a written receipt of services rendered upon completion of work, and we always have your service history on file in case you misplace or lose your copy.

Absolutely! Our work is backed by a 12-Month, unlimited mileage warranty. However, this warranty does not apply if the customer insists on using used parts for repairs.

Yes, unless the customer specifically requests the use of OE parts. In addition, in some scenarios, OEM parts are deemed inferior due to inherent design flaws. In those situations, we will consult you on what we believe is the best option for you and your vehicle.

Yes. We have a key-drop box for after-hours drop-off. Please be sure to fill out our night-drop service request form!
